"The human race has only one really effective weapon, and that is laughter." - Mark Twain
Danielle, at a very young age, learned that she loved to entertain and make people laugh. She loves living everyday as a an actor, writer, dancer, choreographer, singer, producer, director and model.
After studying Political Science and Theatre Arts at Ithaca College, she realized she would spend her life as a performer. She performed in countless plays, worked with amazing people, was taught by the very best theatre and politics had to offer and had the time of her life.
She graduated Ithaca College with honors and left with incredible memories. Shortly thereafter, Danielle wanted to head NYC to "hit the stage"....and that is exactly what she did...as well as write, direct, create, choreograph and produce fitness and dance DVDs.
One of the best acting classes Danielle took in New York was taught by her mentor, John Driver. They started writing a pilot for a childrens’ animated series and they have recently reconnected and are picking up where they left off.
For quite some time, advisors of Danielle had told her that she should probably move to Los Angeles...after years of ignoring this advice (due to her love for the stage and NYC), she caved and made the move.
The advice Danielle received was great...LA was, in fact, the right move. Many projects, opportunities and working with great people came out of the decision to make the move across the country. Probably the best would be joining the sketch group, "Cheap Shots Comedy."
Although Danielle still hit the stages in LA, she also continues to act, write, direct, choreograph, model and make her friends laugh.
In addition to the many aspects of performance, Danielle also enjoys mentoring young people and helping them achieve their hopes and dreams.
Her dream, for now, would be to write, direct and star in her own sitcom...maybe create and star in a film as well....heck, throw in a Broadway show in there too while you're at it! :-)
Please feel free to e-mail Danielle (dakactalent@gmail.com) any questions about teaching, coaching, advice, personal training and/or anything else you may like to share. If it's a project you're interested in, please contact her Manager, Anna DeLuccio with Talent Ink. LA-NY. Come back soon!!
